BoostCycle is an amazing indoor cycling studio! The owner Emily is amazing and so are the instructors. Everyone at this studio quickly becomes family! The classes are uplifting, challenging, FUN, and suitable for all athletic capabilities. My favorite part is getting lost in the music and sweating it out. They also offer a variety of class packages that makes it affordable (even for a college student like me). Check them out! PSA- it really just feels like a party on a bike.

Joined Boostcycle after being sidelined from my regular jiu-jitsu training due to an injury. This is not your average spin class. It’s an intense full-body workout lead by great instructors. They are energetic, friendly, and motivating. When I’m able to get back on the mats I’m confident that my cardio will be even better than it was despite my time off. I strongly recommend this place for a person just trying to get in better shape or a competitive athlete.

Just took my second class here and it was awesome. The staff is so friendly, the instructors are so upbeat and motivating, and the place is very clean. The bikes are great and they help you set yourself up if you need help. It’s is not an easy class by any means. But you feel so good after. Thanks, Boost, for another great workout.
